One of the many things that clients do not know when they come to the shop is what exactly they want to do with their hair. They know what style that they want but they do not know what they want. Micro breads, being one of the many styles that are requested because of its look, are one of the longer styles that a customer would want for this season. Here are some of the many steps that we stylist will want the client to know.
Step1: Wash your hair– I know that many people pan to go to the beauty shop for the whole day; it is important the you know that you can save 1000 dollars or more every year . We charge about 20 dollars to wash hair before getting it braided.
Step 2: Know your style– many times we get customers that know what they want, but for the few that do not know what they want it is wise for you to know what you want on your head. One idea to getting your hair done the way you want it is bringing in a picture of the style.
Step 3: Understand what extension brand you want– many times customers go for the cheaper brand because it is there. That is not always the wise case chose. Extensions can also be over priced and no good. I will not but any brand that I do not like but I know that most shops provide extensions for the style so it is easy for both client and styles.
One of the main reasones I picked this pickture was because it sis not look like it was finished.
He just lookes weird with his tong sticking out.
I do not want to know how all those beads are going to come out but I know it will be painful.
This is cool; the top of the braid is an add on. The stylest propably used another strand of the extentions and pined it to the her.
The cowrnrows do not stand out but I just thought this was weird.
Throughout the many years of braiding my mother was always blessed with many customers. I always wondered why many women would get their hair done. Most of the time, these women would spend over one hundred dollars to get their hair done. I would never spend that kind of money to do that, yet many women did and still do. I finally asked my mom she told me that, here are many reasons why braiding your hair is good for your hair health.
1) It keeps your hair in a protective style- this means that the style protects your hair from many outside elements. This can be the sun, the harsh wind, or the dryness in the air that can strip your hair of its moister.
2) It can be the fastest way out the door in the morning- we all know that life can be busy. Many African American women have a hard time keeping their hair in a routine. With permed hair it can be a burden to work around your hair. Braids can make going out in the morning faster.
3) Helps hair grow and retain length- African hair braiding helps hair grow rapidly because it locks in all the nutrients and hair. It does not allow the hair to be exposed, thus damaged hair can be reduced.
Pixies can come in all different types of braids. Pixies can be twisted, braided, and threaded. It can be used with all types of hair as well. It can be used with natural hair, synthetic hair, human hair, pony hair, and many more. Pixies are braided and twisted like many individual style, for example kinky twist, micro braids, or box braids. The only difference is that the ends are burned. This gives a cute bob look. They can be curled as well.

Weave is a type of hair style that is very common among African American women. This style is a very easy. It can be done with in thirty minutes. Weaves come in all types of styles. Weaves can be put in many styles. There are many types of hair that can be used. It is best to try and get human hair for weaves because you can use it again. I would recommend using it only once more. This style is made with cornrows on the bottom then it is weaved in with needle and thread. Many types of hair styles can be made after putting on your weave. This style should last at least one month. Any longer than that can cause your hair to loosen and the weave may fall out.
What type of hair do you like to use for your weave?
Invisible braids are a type of braids that are only braided at the root and then left at the end. Meaning, when braiding the braids initially it can be tied after a few inches from the scalp. Invisible braids can be done with many types of hair. It has a weave look to it but it is a lot faster. It takes two people about five hours. Depending on how long the customer’s hair this style can be beneficial or harmful. This style can be harmful because if the customer’s hair is long their ends are exposed. That can lead to hair braking off or split ends. This is a very sleek look but this must be taken care of. The hair must be oiled and the ends must be taken care of. When the luxury of braids are not their protection is not provided for loss ends.
